Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days and shipping is free. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after your package is handed to the carrier. If there's no update after 10 business days, email info@deerxo.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
I didn't get a tracking number.
