How long is a session and how often can I use it?
Each session lasts 15 minutes and then switches off automatically. Most people use it once or twice a day, for example in the evening while watching TV.
Is it easy to use for older adults?
Very. Slide your hand in, press the power button, and choose a mode. There are just four clearly marked buttons, and no app or setup.
How hot does it get?
There are three heat settings, up to 125°F (52°C). You can also turn the heat off completely and use compression and massage only.
Is it safe if I have a medical condition?
